Another animated film that stands out for its representation of cultural diversity is "Coco" from Pixar. In addition to mainstream animated movies, there are also independent and international films that contribute to the representation of cultural diversity on the big screen. For instance, the Japanese animated film "Spirited Away" directed by Hayao Miyazaki is a beloved classic that blends elements of Japanese folklore with universal themes of identity and self-discovery. The film's unique animation style and captivating storytelling have made it a cultural touchstone not only in Japan but also internationally, showcasing the power of animation to bridge cultural divides and foster cross-cultural understanding.
